Will you provide alcohol for our group?

No, we are unable to supply alcohol to our customers per laws setup by the Department of Transportation. But you are more than welcome to bring on any of your favorites or the favorites of your group. We have bar areas with built-in coolers of ice that you can stock in order to have a cold drink available anytime you so choose.

How much will one of your vehicles cost?

Because there are so many factors involved in giving you a quote including time of rental, pick-up location and size of vehicle you desire, your best option is to call one of our courteous and knowledgeable customer service agents. They will be more than happy to talk to you about your needs and then make a recommendation. Our aim is not to oversell you but to provide exactly what you need.

What features can I expect to see and play with on board?

This is an area of specialty for us. We have really thought out the kind of amenities you would like to have while traveling. No, we do not allow smoking in any way, shape or form on any of our vehicles. We hope you understand that we strive to keep all of our vehicles pristine in every way for the benefit of each and every person who uses our service.

No, we do not have bathrooms on any of our vehicles. In the interests of keeping our vehicles in the best possible condition, we have chosen instead to provide for you unlimited miles and unlimited stops so whenever you or anyone in your group needs to take a bathroom break, just let your driver know and they will stop at a convenient location.

Do we need to provide you with an itinerary?

No, it is not absolutely necessary. But if you can provide us with one it can help the driver because he or she will program in all of your destinations into their GPS. But if you have an extra stop or two that you think about while en route to a destination, just mention it to the driver and you will be promptly taken there.

Will our driver expect a tip?

No, the price we quoted you when you went through the booking process was your bottom line price and it includes the cost of your driver. It is entirely up to you if you want to tip over and above what our driver is paid.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No, hidden fees is a concept that runs totally against what our company policy is and how we feel customers should be treated.
